• Outdoor: 
  • Finished 19th in the 1500-meter run (4:02.04) and eighth in the 4x800 relay (8:08.51) at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship.
  • Finished seventh in the 1500-meter run (4:02.68) at the Holy Cross Men's Meet.
  • Finished eighth in the 800-meter run (1:57.72) at the Brown Classic.
  • Finished seventh in the 1500-meter run (4:05.57) at the UConn Classic.
  • Finished 30th in the 800-meter run (2:00.56) at the American International College Invitational.
  • Finished fifth in the 800-meter run (1:57.41) at the UConn Invitational.
• Indoor: 
  • Finished sixth in the distance medley (10:11.22) at the New England Championship.
  • Finished tenth in the one-mile run (4:26.25) at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championship.
  • Finished 31st of 45 in the one-mile run (4:25.68) at the Armory Winter Games.
  • Finished 13th of 21 in the 1000-meter run (2:36.63) and fifth of five in the distance medley (10:42.78) at the URI Coaches' Coed Invitational.
  • Finished 108th of 176 in the one-mile run (4:28.92) at the Terrier Classic.
  • Finished 13th in the one-mile run (9:14.21) at the Sorlien Invitational.

2012-13

• Outdoor: 
  • Competed at the UConn Invitational, Brown Invitational, Uconn Classic, Holy Cross quad meet and the Brown Open. 
• Indoor:
  • Finished second in the 4x800m relay (8:27.74) at the Sorlien Invitational.

High School 

• Attended Cumberland High School.
• Member of the cross country team for four years, outdoor track for three years, indoor track for two years, basketball for two years, and baseball for one year.
• Earned four letters in cross country, two letters in indoor track, and three in outdoor track.
• Was the captain of the cross country team his senior year.
• Named Cross Country All Class, All Division for indoor track in the 4x800m, 600m, and 4x400m, All Class for outdoor track in the 4x800m, and All Division in outdoor track for the 4x400m and 800m.
• Selected for the Coaches Award his freshman, junior and senior seasons of cross country.
