2015-16

  • Outdoor:
    • Placed fourth in the long jump (23') at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
  • Indoor:
    • 2nd overall in the long jump, (7.00m) at the URI Coaches' Tribute Meet.
    • Placed seventh in the long jump, (6.82m) at the Donahue Games.
    • Won the long jump, (6.82m) at the Sorlien Memorial Invitational.

2011-12 

  • Outdoor
    • Earned third in the triple jump with 13.38m (43-10.75) at Holy Cross. 
    • Took eighth (11.76m) in the triple jump at Brown's Springtime Open.
  • Indoor: 
    • Placed fifth in the triple jump with a season best 13.83m (45' 4.5") at Lafayette/Rider Winter Games. 

High School

  • Attended Burlington Free Academy.
  • Ran track and field four years.
  • Was a member of the Alpine skiing team three years. 
  • Captained track and field two years and alpine one year.
  • Junior year: Triple: 43'5.5", Long: 20'6", High: 5'10".
  • Senior year: Triple: 46'.25", Long: 21'5.75", High: 6'4".
  • 2011 Burlington Invite Field Athlete of the Meet school record 4x1 (94.289) and triple jump (46'.25").
  • 2011 Burlington Invite Triple Jump meet record (45'1.5").
  • 2009 Division I State Champions.

  • Born May 25, 1993.
  • Son of Kath Montstream and Al Dworshak.
  • Two sisters, Charlotte and Sylvie.
  • Uncle Mike Quas skied at CU Boulder (1985).
  • Father Al played soccer at Champlain College (1980-83).
  • Enjoys cooking, geography, biking and astrology.
  • Favorite athletes are Thor Hoshovd and Frank Schleck.
  • Favorite teams are Leopard-Trek and HTC-Highroad.
  • Majoring in marketing.
