  • Finished third in the 4x400m relay, (3:23.00) at the Mark Young Yale Invitational.
  • Finished 10th in the 1500m run, (4:25.82) at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.
• Indoor:
  • Won the 4x800m relay in the second-fastest time in Rhode Island history, (7:30.90) at the ECAC Championship.
  • Won the 4x800m relay, (7:35.63) at the New England Championship.
  • Finished third in the 800m run, (1:55.29), and third in the 4x800m relay, (7:42.98) at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
  • Finished sixth in the 500m dash, (1:04.35), and 19th in the 800m run, (1:52.79) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
  • Finished third in the 1000m run, (2:30.68), and won the 4x400m relay, (3:24.47) at the URI Coaches vs. Domestic Violence Invitational.

2013-14

• Outdoor: 
  • Finished sixth in the 4x800 relay (7:31.08) at the IC4A Championship.
  • Finished 28th in the 800-meter run (1:54.77) and 13th in the 4x800 relay (7:56.06) at the New England Championship.
  • Finished fifth in the 800-meter run (1:53.79) and third in the 4x400 relay (3:17.92) at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship.
  • Finished fourth in the 400-meter dash (49.09) at the Holy Cross Men's Meet.
  • Finished fourth in the 800-meter run (1:54.90) and fifth in the 4x400 relay (3:29.31) at the UConn Classic.
  • Finished seventh in the 400-meter dash (49.74) and fourth in the 800-meter run (1:55.14) at the Minutemen Invitational.
  • Finished third in the 4x800 relay (7:39.88) and ninth in the sprint medley relay (3:23.30) at the Florida Relays.
  • Finished fourth in the 400-meter dash (49.56) and fourth in the 4x400 relay (3:27.48) at the UConn Invitational.

  • Finished seventh in the 4x800 relay (7:35.16) at the IC4A Championship.
  • Finished fourth in the 800-meter run (1:52.74) and second in the 4x800 relay (7:40.21) at the New England Championship.
  • Finished second in the 800-meter run (1:53.83) at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championship.
  • Finished first of three in the 4x800 relay (7:49.88), eighth of 28 in the 500-meter run (1:04.80) and second of six in the 4x400 relay (3:21.42) at the Armory Winter Games.
  • Finished ninth of 25 in the 400-meter dash (51.00) and fifth of five in the distance medley (10:42.78) at the URI Coaches Coed Invitational.
  • Finished 17th of 116 in the 800-meter run (1:53.69) and 18th of 44 in the 4x400 relay (3:19.31) at the Terrier Classic.
  • Finished fifth in the 1000-meter run (2:34.25) and fifth in the one-mile run (4:28.60) at the Sorlien Invitational. 

2012-13

• Outdoor:
  • Contributed to the team that finished seventh in the 4x800m relay (7:40.40), also helped break a 15-year old school record in the 4x800m trials (7:33.59) at the IC4A Championship.
  • Finished sixth in the 800m run (1:54.22) at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship.
  • Was a member of the team that finished 12th out of 41 (3:23.30) at the Spring Medley Championship of America.
  • Broke a 20-yard old school record at and finished the 4x800m relay in 7:49.69 in the college section at the Penn Relays.
  • Was a member of the team that won the 4x400m relay (3:21.57) and finished second in the 800m run (1:54.78) at the UConn Invitational.
• Indoor:
  • Placed third in the 500m dash (1:03.49) at the New England Championship.
  • Finished fifth in the 500m dash (1:04.97) and the 4x800m relay (7:48.35) at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championship.
  • Placed first in the 300m dash (35.57) and the 500m dash (1:05.24) at the Harvard Open.
  • Named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week for his performance at the Harvard Open.

High School

• Attended South Kingstown High School.
• Member of the soccer and track & field teams.
• Was a captain for soccer in 2011 and track & field 2011-12.
• Named All-State for track & field in 2012 and soccer in 2011.
• Set records in the 200m (2012), 600m (2012), and 800m (2011-12).
