The coaches shared their views on hard work and what success meant to them as a coach and as a team. Those views lined up exactly with mine and I couldn't have been happier to hear that I had found the place I had been dreaming of since I was a little kid. A lot of people don't know where they want to go until they get there, and that is exactly what happened to me with URI."
