While at Roger Williams, Gamache developed practice plans, assisted with recruiting and organized the program's 2017 softball camp. She also developed practice plans that focused on pitcher/catcher development as well as defensive and offensive skill work.

Gamache was a starting pitcher for four seasons at Tennessee State, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Human Performance and Sports Sciences with a focus in Athletic Training in 2014. She played her high school softball at The Prout School in Wakefield for three seasons before playing her senior season at Exeter/West Greenwich.
