2012 (Sophomore): Appeared as a pinch runner and scored one run in a 2-1 win over Brown (4/11)... Walked and drove in one run in a 7-0 win over Yale (4/4)... Appeared as a pinch runner and scored one run against Fairfield (4/3)... Appeared as a pinch runner in both ends of a doubleheader against Dayton (4/1)... Appeared as a pinch runner against UMBC (3/17)... Appeared as a pinch runner and scored against St. Francis (Pa.) on 3/17... Appeared as a pinch runner against Siena (3/16)... Appeared as a pinch runner against Hartford (3/7)... Appeared as a pinch runner and score one run against Morehead State (3/4)... Appeared as a pinch runner against Elon (3/4)... 2011 (Freshman): Made her first appearance of the year at Louisiana-Lafayette (2/11)... Scored her first run of the year at Harvard (3/29)... Picked up her lone hit of the year in game two at Brown (4/21).

Led the team batting average in 2008... Selected to the Hartford Courant's "Fab 15" in 2009 - an award given to the top 15 softball players in the state of Connecticut... Earned North Central Connecticut Conference Scholar Athlete Award in 2007 - for achieving academic excellence while participating in a sport... Named to the honor roll in each of her four years in high school.

Personal: Born Dec. 28, 1991... Daughter of Peter and Hope Parente... Has one brother (Peter) and one sister (Laura)... Lists her Jacoby Ellsbury as her favorite athlete and the Boston Red Sox and Boston Celtics as her favorite teams... Plans on majoring in Business and would like to one day own her own business... Enjoys snowboarding, watching and playing sports and hanging out with her friends and family.
