• Had a .991 fielding percentage as the team's starting catcher

Before URI

• Attended Arcadia High School, where she played softball and water polo
•  Earned four varsity letters in softball and three in water polo
• Was a catcher, first baseman and third baseman in softball
• In her junior and senior seasons, she batted .437 with 66 hits, 10 home runs and 66 RBI over 45 games
• Had a .465 on-base percentage, an .834 slugging percentage and a 1.299 OPS
• She threw out 94 percent of the base runners attempting to steal second base on her
• Earned her team's Outstanding Student Athlete honor all four seasons in softball
• Was named Rookie of the Year as a freshman, and Defensive Player of the Year as a junior
• Was a two-time First Team All-Pacific League selection (junior and senior)
• Was named Sports Woman of the Year
• Earned All-Pacific League honorable mention as a senior in water polo
• Was her water polo team's Outstanding Student Athlete her sophomore, junior and senior seasons

• Daughter of Pam and Rob Harrison
• Has one brother, Chris
• What made her choose URI? "I fell in love with the campus and the state of Rhode Island. I saw the campus as a great fit for me in terms of my academic and athletic needs. I couldn’t wait to spend my next four years there. My aunt and uncle live in Warwick, and being from California, if I ever got a bit homesick, some of my family was just a 20 minute drive away."
• Enjoys reading, swimming and playing with my Saint Bernard
• During the summer of her sophomore year of high school, she earned her Girl Scout Gold Award by reading with children attending a Title One School
• Favorite athlete is Jessica Mendoza
• Favorite teams are the Rhode Island Rams (duh) and the Dodgers
• Double major in English and Criminal Justice
• Plans to be a detective
