- Played the 2020-21 season in Europe for Estonia-NKML on Team G4S Noorteliiga
- In four games, Adler averaged 17.0 points and 12.0 rebounds while dishing out 3.3 assists
- She represented her home country Estonia and averaged 3.7 points and 5.7 rebounds in the 2019 FIBA U18 Women's European Championship (Division B)
- Adler also participated in the NBA Academy Program, a year-round basketball development program that provides top high school athletes from outside the U.S. with a holistic approach to player development
- From July-August of 2021, she took part in the NBA Academy Women's Virtual Program, an eight-week basketball and leadership development program for more than 40 of the top female high-school prospects from overseas.
