- A multi-dimensional offensive threat, the 6-3 forward can shoot from the perimeter, slash to the basket and post up
- She scored in bunches at Islip, but also showed strong passing skills that will cause matchup issues for opposing defenders
- Last season, she led Islip to league and county championships, as well as the New York state quarterfinals
- In 2014, her team won a N.Y. City basketball championship, a national prep school championship and a KSA tournament championship
- Oberg was the 2014 N.Y. City basketball tournament MVP

- The youngest of seven children, Oberg comes from an extremely athletic family. Her mother Kathy played professional basketball in Sweden after her collegiate career at Alabama
- Her father Ted played professionally in Mexico after his own collegiate career at National University
- Oberg’s sisters Shannon (UNLV) and Kaitlin (Baylor, Furman) played professionally in Germany and Puerto Rico, respectively
- Her brother Andrew played football at UNLV, and her brother Tighe played basketball at Palm Beach State and Clarenden College
- Majoring in Human Development & Family Studies
