- A NYS Class C State Player of the Year in 2020, Phillips earned the Section 2 Class C MVP for the last three straight years while leading Cambridge Central to three NYS Section 2 Class C Championship Titles
- In 2020, Phillips was named the Rose Classic Super Jam MVP, while also getting two consecutive League MVP nods in 2019 and 2020
