- Graduated from Suffern as the program's record holder in diving, breaking a 12-year-old mark
- Qualified for states, sections and was county champion three years in a row
- Also competed in rowing, earning Scholar-Athlete honors multiple times in both sports
- In rowing, she helped Suffern qualify for the state championships twice, including one trip to the finals
- Suffern won the HVRL Championships once and placed second once during Schlissel's career
