Before URI
- A team captain for Garden City as a senior, she was a state qualifier every year from seventh grade through her senior season
- A sprint freestyler with more than 10 years experience
- Was a junior national qualifier for her club team, Long Island Express Swimming
- Was a multi-year All-County and All-Conference selection for Garden City
Personal
- Served as secretary of student council and participated in a leadership program called "Peer Educators" which is a group of students in her school that come together to give presentations to fellow classmates and peers on drug and alcohol awareness, HIV/AIDS and safe sex, and mental health awareness
- She chose URI because of the team dynamic and for the supportive coaching staff
- Majoring in Sports Media and Communications
