• Ranked second on the team in total kills (268), kills per set (2.68) and service aces (29).

• Registered double-digit kills 14 times and hit double figures in digs eight times.
• Had six games with multiple aces, including a season-high seven at New Hampshire (Sept. 20).
• Notched season-bests in both digs (17) and blocks (4) against Albany (Aug. 30).
• Recorded her 1,000th career kill against VCU on Oct. 24.

• Finished the season ranked second on the team in total kills (250) and kills per set (2.77).
• Also added 138 digs, 34 blocks, 21 service aces and three assists.
• Double-doubled at Dartmouth, registering 13 digs and a season-high 18 kills.
• Registered double-digit kills 13 times.
• Had a season-high five service aces against Saint Louis (Nov. 1) and a season-best 16 digs against George Washington (Oct. 6).
• Posted four blocks in back-to-back matches at Saint Louis (Nov. 8) and George Washington (Nov. 10).

2012 (Sophomore)

• Appeared in 106 of Rhode Island's 108 sets played.
• Led the team in total kills (326), kills per set (3.08), service aces (23) and digs (269). 
• Also added 36 blocks and 12 assists.
• Double-doubled 12 times.
• Registered double-digit kills 18 times and hit double figures in digs 16 times.
• Had eight games with multiple aces.
• Recorded a season-best 28 kills against Temple (Oct. 21).
• Posted a season high 24 digs against Hofstra (Sept. 14).

2011 (Freshman)

• Appeared in 111 of Rhode Island's 118 sets played.
• Recorded 205 kills, 112 digs, 23 service aces and 45 blocks, including a team-best 10 solos.
• Averaged 1.85 kills and 1.01 digs per set
• Registered double-digit kills eight times.
• Had a season-high 14 kills against Columbia (Sept. 9).
• Recorded a season-best four aces against Brown (Sept. 21).
• Had her only double-digit digs performance of the season with 18 at George Washington (Oct. 16).

High School

• Was a four-year varsity player, spending three seasons at Libertyville High School after playing her freshman season at Winter Springs High School.
• As a senior, helped guide her team to a 35-3 record, the North Suburban Conference (NSC) Championship and the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) Regional Championship.
• Totaled 518 kills during the 2009 and 2010 seasons, which ranked second in school history.
• Was a two-time NSC All-Conference First Team selection (2009, 2010).
• Earned Chicago Sun Times First Team All-Area accolades, as well as Chicago Tribune Third Team All-State honors.
• Was a four-year memberof the honor roll and two-time NSC All-Academic honoree.

Personal

• Born January 27, 1993.
• Daughter of Diane and Tom Steffen.
• Has a brother, Vincent, and two sisters, Diane and Kelly.
• Her cousin Jennifer Steffen Zweig swam at Harvard from 1994-98 and served as the team captain during her senior year.
• Favorite athlete is Kerri Walsh.
• Favorite teams are the Chicago Bears, Blackhawks, Bulls and Cubs.
