Noah Meyer joined the Rhode Island strength and conditioning coaching staff in January of 2023. In his role, he works directly with women's swimming & diving, women's volleyball and men's golf. Meyer also assists with the football team.

Meyer came to Rhode Island from Upper Iowa University. After beginning there as the assistant strength and conditioning coach in January of 2021, he was promoted to head strength and conditioning coach before the 2022-23 academic year. While at Upper Iowa, he was responsible for all aspects of the department including staff, budget, and facility maintenance. He implemented training programs for baseball, men’s basketball, men’s and women’s bowling, football, men’s and
women’s golf, men’s and women’s track and field and throws, women’s lacrosse, shotgun, volleyball, and wrestling.

Meyer was a graduate assistant with the strength and conditioning staff at South Dakota State University in Brookings, S.D. from May 2019 through December 2020. At SDSU, Meyer worked closely with the track and field throwers, cross country and golf, and assists with baseball, men's basketball and football.
 
Prior to his time in Brookings, S.D., Meyer spent time as a strength and conditioning intern with the football teams of the University of Florida, North Central College, and the University of Wyoming. He also worked with the strength and conditioning staffs at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Luther College.
 
Meyer graduated from North Central College in December 2018 with his bachelor's degree Exercise Science. He earmned a master's degree Nutrition and Exercise Sciences from South Dakota State in December 2020.
