Ezgi Karabulut joined the women's volleyball staff as a student assistant coach in July of 2025.

Karabulut played two seasons each at South Alabama and New Hampshire. In 2024, she was part of the Wildcat team that won the America East title and clinched an automatic bid to the NCAA Championship.

During her first season at UNH, Karabulut was coached by Rhode Island head coach Ryan Sullivan and URI assistant coach Marissa Soistman, who were both on the New Hampshire staff at the time.

Karabalut is a native of Ankara, Turkey.
