Matthew Kapfer enters his first season with Rhody Football in 2025 as defensive quality control and a defensive line assistant. 

A former Division III football player for Framingham State University, Kapfer brings championship success with him to Kingston having been a member of three MASCAC championship teams. No stranger to CAA Football, he spent the 2024 season as a member of the Bryant Football staff, working in defensive quality control. 

Kapfer's coaching experience also includes a stint at Westerly High School (2020-23), where he was an assistant coach.
