Lischke just 12 minutes into the game to put URI in front, 1-0.
Ruhe Lischke went on to set up the game-winner, sending another set
piece into the box where junior Torey Hart deflected
the ball to senior Stephanie
Santos, who then tallied her third goal of the season at 44:38.
Syracuse quickly made it a 2-1 game as Cecilia Borgstrom scored
with just nine seconds remaining in the frame, but neither team
found the back of the net in the second half, giving Rhody its
third win of the season.
