THEY SAID IT
Head Coach Michael Needham, on Senior Day
"Sunday is a special day. We celebrate the careers of five great women. They have endured a lot over their time at the University of Rhode Island and have approached every day with the professionalism that I am confident in saying will ensure their success as professional women."
"When I took over two years ago, every one of these players was present at my interview. This alone demonstrated to me their commitment to the success of our program. They have embraced everything that our coaching staff has asked of them and I respect each of them for their unselfishness and dedication to making our soccer program better. Come celebrate with these special people as we take on Charlotte in our final regular season home game this year."
