Box Score How it Happened:
The Rams and Wildcats traded goals and battled out to a 2-2 double overtime tie in Friday night's match at Bremner Field. Rhode Island's Samantha Leyh (Wall, N.J.) scored in the 11th minute with the assist going to Jennifer Barrientos (Reseda, Calif.). New Hampshire's Kirstyn Corder scored and tied it up at 1-1 in the 18th minute when Jordan Logue threaded the pass.
In the second half Rhody had the advantage in the 81st minute when Ashley Evangelista (Methuen, Mass.) tallied a goal with the pass coming from Dariann Sellitti (Sayville, N.Y.). UNH snuck in a goal to tie it up at two, just before the end of regulation. In the 89th minute Logue scored on the passes of Corder and Alex LaPorta. The Rams move to (4-2-1) while the Wildcats stand at (1-3-1).

- The Rams had a total of 18 shots on the game compared to the Wildcats eight.
- New Hampshire had the edge in corners with nine to Rhode Island's seven.

"Tonight was a good game, we played very well in stretches of the game and I was pleased with our players' effort level and resolve. We are a work in progress at the moment, and we will be flying by the time we open up conference play at the end of the month. I am proud of our players, they are outstanding people and they are working extremely hard and unselfishly right now, tonight we proved a lot to each other."
