How It Happened:
Fairfield tallied the first three scores of the match, beginning the scoring in the third minute, as Karolyn Collins scored off a crossing ball into the box.  The Stags added a second goal in the 36th minute and the third just under two minutes later.  
Amanda Nardella tallied her first goal of the season - and the second of her career - off a header from the top of the box in the 43rd minute.  The play was set up after a corner kick from Nicole Brennan, who registered the assist on the score - her second assist of the 2015 season.

• Amanda Nardella - one of the top defensive players in the Atlantic 10 - tallied her second career goal.  She previously found the back of the net last season versus Wagner (Sept. 19, 2014).
• Katie Nickles made five saves in net for the Rams tonight.  The junior keeper has made at least four saves in each of the first six matches of the 2015 season.
• Rhody attempted 20 shots on the night, putting eight on net.  Fairfield took 10 shots, also with eight on goal.
• The Rams had four corner kicks - including back to back set pieces in the 43rd minute which yielded the lone URI goal
• Rhode Island committed 13 fouls. Fairfield was whistled for seven.  Neither team was carded.
