How it Happened
After a scoreless first half, Rhody returned from the break and got on the board less than three minutes into the second period when
Jordan Koduah blasted in a one-timer from the top of the box.
Isak Oystese was credited with an assist on the play, fighting off a Fordham defender and playing the ball out to Koduah for what proved to be the game-winning goal.

Rhode Island nearly doubled its lead in the 74th minute when
Cian Purcell drilled a free kick off the crossbar.

Fordham did not go down without a fight, pressuring the Rhody defense for a full 90 minutes and forcing goalkeeper
Stefan Schmidt to make five saves on the night.
