How it Happened
Patrick Agyemang scored twice and assisted on a third goal to lift Rhode Island to a 3-1 victory over Davidson in the quarterfinals of the Atlantic 10 Men's Soccer Championship Saturday night.

In the 31st minute, Cian Purcell served a corner to the front of the goal, where Vetle Nilsen's header flick found Agyemang, who redirected the ball in off his chest. The Rams added to the lead when Isak Oystese slipped a slow-rolling shot in off the right post for a 2-0 lead just before halftime.

A failed clearance for the URI defense early in the second half led to Davidson's goal as Luke Bryant got the ricochet and drilled a one-timer into the upper right 90 of URI's goal.

Rhode Island got the goal back and iced the game in the 68th minute when a shot by Akselsen went off the post and bounced to Agyemang, who buried the rebound.
