Set One – Loyola Chicago 25, Rhode Island 17
The Ramblers were hot from the start, drilling 15 kills without an error in the opening set. Karlie McNabb led the way with four kills, while Addie Barnes and Anna Feldkamp each had three. Rhode Island managed 11 kills of its own, but it could not maintain pace.

Set Two – Loyola Chicago 25, Rhode Island 10
The second set was rough for the Rhode Island attack, as URI managed just three kills. Though Loyola had just nine kills, a -.182 attack percentage was too difficult to overcome for Rhody.
Set Three – Loyola Chicago 25, Rhode Island 13
Rhode Island rebounded to hit .222 in the third set.
Emma Vente and
Gabrielle Shilling combined for seven of URI's 12 kills, but Loyola still kept the Rams at an arm's length throughout the set. Anna Feldkamp and Emily Banitt each had five of the 18 kills for the Ramblers, who did not have an attack error for the second time in three sets.
