KINGSTON, R.I. -- Rhode Island track and field senior
Trinity Smith has earned the Atlantic 10 Track Performer of the Week for the second straight week after breaking her own record in the 100 meter hurdles.
At the Holy Cross Invitational, Trinity Smith was first in the 100 meter hurdles, crossing the finish in 13.50 seconds. The time shaved off .02 seconds of her record she previously set a week ago at UConn (13.52s). Her time is now top of the A-10.
Smith and the rest of the women's track and field team have one meet left before the Atlantic 10 Championship, hitting the road for the Penn State Relays this Thursday.
