Rhode Island began its 2025-26 indoor track and field season at the 30th annual URI Pentathlon on Thursday afternoon inside Mackal Field House. Sophomore
Lily MacDonald finished fourth overall. She collected 3448 total points on the day.

Pentathlon Highlights
- Junior Lilly Pittakas finished first in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:23:14.
- MacDonald tied with Northeastern's Jaice Dorsey for third place in the long jump with a mark of 5.50 meters.
- MacDonald's 9.94-meter throw in the shot put was sixth best on the day.
