How it Happened
Host Bryant took the lead less than a minute into the match and controlled play from there, handing Rhode Island a 4-0 defeat Tuesday night.

Bryant struck immediately, scoring 31 seconds into the match. Adrian Camacho carried the ball into the right corner before sending a pass through the box. Inigo Villaldea controlled the ball in space and fired a shot in for the quick 1-0 lead.

It was Villaldea again in the 51st minute. Luis Fernando Paul sent a long pass over the Ram defense to Villaldea. He possessed into the box and found the net with a left-footed back across to the left of keeper Edu Rodriguez for the second goal of the night. The Bulldogs scored off a set play in the 64th minute. A lofted pass pinballed around the box for a few moments before Marc Pitarch Bayot finshed the scrum off with his fourth goal of the season.

The final goal of the night was an own goal by the Rams. Vetle Nilsen attempted to head a ball back to Rodriguez, but a miscommunication between the two led to a goal for Bryant.
