KINGSTON, R.I. – The Tootell Aquatic Center will be bustling over the next four days, as Rhode Island hosts the 28th Harold Anderson Invitational starting Thursday, Nov. 21.
The Rams will host the nine-school meet, which also includes Maine, Holy Cross, Providence, Vermont, Assumption, Norwich, Stonehill and Wagner. Competition runs through Sunday, Nov. 24.

Meet Rules
- Each competitor is permitted to participate in a maximum of (7) events, and no more than (3) may be individual events
- The meet will follow a "Prelims and Finals'' format. All heats of the Mile will be swum on Sunday, fastest to slowest, alternating women and men, during the break. The top 2 heats of the mile will swim at night
- There will be an A, B and C final - Top 24 will swim at night, but only Top 16 can score. The Mile and all relays will be Timed Finals
- Scoring will follow the normal (3/2) place scoring system used in NCAA dual meet competition, meaning no more than (3) individuals and no more than (2) relays from any one team may score in any given event
Women's Scoring
- The scoring for the Women in individual events will go to the sixteen (16th) place and to the fourteenth (14th) place for relays.
