How it Happened
Rhode Island (4-7) struggled offensively again as it fell at Harvard (10-1) 60-48 Saturday afternoon. It was URI's fourth consecutive loss.

The Rams were limited to 14 points or less in each of the four quarters, as the Crimson defense limited URI to 18-of-46 from the field. That included 7-of-18 from long range.

With Rhody struggling to score, Harvard's Harmoni Turner dropped a game-high 26 points. Elena Rodriguez added 10 points, as the duo helped the hosts steadily build their lead throughout the game.

• Guard Sophie Phillips managed a breakout performance for Rhode Island, leading the team with 17 points while shooting 6-of-8 from the field.
• Phillips was 4-of-5 from the arc, while the rest of the team was a combined 3-for-13.
• Phillips is now second in program history with 188 career 3-pointers. She is nine behind the team record of 197 set by Charise Wilson.
• No other Rhode Island player had more than seven points.
• Point guard Sophia Vital made her first career start for the Rams. She had seven points, matched her career high with six assists and had three boards.
