Baseball Tabbed Seventh in Preseason Poll

KINGSTON, R.I. - Rhode Island Baseball was picked to finish seventh in the Atlantic 10 Preseason Poll, as voted on by the league's head coaches and released Wednesday afternoon. 

The Rams received one first-place vote and accrued 77 points. Saint Louis (125 points) was picked to win the league and garnered three first-place votes. George Mason (121 points, two first-place votes) and Saint Joseph's (114 points, one first-place vote) round out the top three. 

URI's 2024 campaign will begin on Friday, Feb. 16 with a game at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. First pitch is set for 7:30 p.m. and the game will be streamed on ESPN+.
