VIRGINIA BEACH, VA. — Rhode Island men's track and field continued to build its dynasty, winning the fourth straight indoor title, and seventh consecutive Atlantic 10 Championship Saturday. The Rams collected 227 team points, 85 points ahead of George Mason who finished second (142). Head Coach Trent Baltzell was named Coach of the Year for the second straight year and the fourth time in his career. Rhody's Jarrett Young was named the Most Outstanding Track Performer.

- Jarrett Young defended his 200m crown, winning in 21.43 seconds.
- Collin Ochs claimed first in the 1000m, crossing the finish in 2:26.38.
- Matt Santy won the high jump after clearing 6' 9.25".
- Chris Tavarone won his second straight shot put title after throwing 55' 8.50".
- Devin Donahue won the heptathlon with 5315 points.
Highlights from Competition
- Kai Schmidt-Bilowith had a podium finish in the 60m hurdles. He crossed the finish line in 8.17 seconds for third place. Devin Donahue also picked up big points for Rhody, finishing fifth in 8.29 seconds.
- Jarrett Young added a silver medal to his day after finishing second in 48.08 seconds in the 400 meter final. Nick Morrison was fourth in 48.90 seconds.
- Lucas Plaia placed second in the 500 meter final in 1:03.86.
- The Rams collected 15 points in the 60m final, led by Tristen Howard's second-place finish in 6.73 seconds. He was .001 seconds off from gold. Alex Arbogast was fourth (6.90s) and Jolon O'Connor finished seventh (6.96s).
- The 4x400m relay team of Liam Creeley, CJ Kiviat, Collin Ochs, and Jarrett Young finished with a silver medal with a time of 3:13.70.
- Eli Baker placed second in the 800m, finishing in 1:50.77.
- Jolon O'Connor earned silver in the 200m, crossing the finish line in 21.48 seconds. Liam Creeley was fifth (21.80s).
- Ben Fleischer picked up points for the Rams in the 3000m, finishing seventh in 8:23.86.
- The 4x800m relay of Eli Baker, Ben Fleischer, Adam Melnick, and Antonio Capalbo finished sixth in 7:47.95.
- Orion Joyner placed third in the triple jump (48' 5") and Israel Henriques-Setho was sixth (47' 7.50").
- John Santos finished sixth in the high jump (6' 5.75") and Nate Shultz was eighth (6' 4.75").
- Theo Puterbaugh placed second in the shot put after throwing 52' 8.50". Devin Donahue also picked up points for Rhody, finishing seventh after a mark of 49' 4.50".
From the Heptathlon
- Devin Donahue claimed first with 5315 points. He finished in 8.23 seconds in the 60m hurdles, had a 4.35m mark in the pole vault, and finished in 2:57.30 in the 1000m.
- Ryan Tona was second with 5219 points. He had a time of 8.43 seconds in the 60m hurdles, cleared 4.35m in the pole vault, and finished with a time of 2:53.78 in the 1000m.\
- Damian Scouloukas was fourth with 4606 points. He finished in 9.07 seconds in the 60m hurdles, cleared 4.55 meters in the pole vault, and crossed the finish in 3:07.04 in the 1000m.
