How it Happened
Rhode Island picked up a win over Davidson on Sunday, extending its unbeaten streak to four games. The 2-0 shutout marked the ninth of the season for goalkeeper Dani Eden, setting a new program record. The junior passed Jamie Epperlein's previous mark of eight clean sheets set in 2001.

The Rams opened the scoring in the first half when Lauren MacDonald buried a shot off a cross from Courtney Poon. MacDonald's strike beat keeper Grace Stair for her fourth goal of the season.

Holding a 1-0 lead at halftime, the Rams continued to control the game, outshooting Davidson 10-2 in the first half and 11-2 in the second.

Sarah Yee added her first career goal in the 85th minute, finishing a pass from Nika Jacobs to seal the win.

Eden needed only two saves to preserve the shutout as Rhode Island picked up its 10th victory of the year.
