- Rhode Island and Brown are meeting for the 167th time, the most games URI has played against any foe.

- Brown has won the last four meetings in the series, including an 84-80 overtime victory last season.
- Rhode Island's last win in the series was a 71-51 victory on Nov. 28, 2018.

- Rhode Island Athletics Hall of Famer Tyson Wheeler is in his fourth year as associate head coach for Brown.

RAMS WILL KEEP IT LOCAL FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER
- Rhode Island faces back-to-back in-state opponents this week, hosting Brown on Tuesday and then visiting Providence on Saturday at noon.
- It is the start of a six-game stretch in which URI does not leave the state.
- After Saturday's game at Providence, the Rams will have a four-game home stretch, welcoming McNeese State (Dec. 9), Canisius (Dec. 16), Northeastern (Dec. 22) and Loyola Chicago (Dec. 31).
