KINGSTON, R.I. -- Rhode Island men's track and field sophomore Alex Arbogast was named the Atlantic 10 Under Armour Men's Track Performer of the Week, it was announced Tuesday. It's the first career honor for Arbogast and the fourth weekly honor for the Rams this indoor season. 

Arbogast won the 60 meters at the URI Coaches Invitational last Saturday at Mackal Fieldhouse. He raced to a time of 6.84, which sits second best in the league.

The Rams are back in action this Friday at the David Hemery Valentine Invite at the BU Track & Tennis Center.
