Our basketball season has been over for a few days now, so it has obviously given me more time to think about the next steps. For me, that means talking with agents and deciding what agent would be best to sign up.

At the same time, I have to continue working out on my own to keep getting better as a player. My focus is moving forward and preparing for the next steps in my career.

Everything is now on my own. I've been doing that for years though, especially when I am back home in Florida. That part of it is really nothing different than what I have been doing. It's about sharpening the edges of my game.

Because I don't know exactly what is next, I have to take the time to figure out what works best for me. There are a lot of factors to that. When you are in season, you want to stay focused and stay in the moment. Of course everyone thinks about their future, but you are trying to stay focused on each day while the season is going on.

Staying ready is something you try to do all the time, but right now I have to stay locked in mentally more than ever. When you are working out with your teammates and you have practice every day, that focus is built in more naturally. Now it's more on my own, so it's an adjustment.

Besides staying in shape, I am spending time getting other things in life in order. For the most part, I am done academically. So I'm spending time getting myself organized and together.
