KINGSTON, R.I. - Rhode Island holds its final home meet Saturday afternoon when it welcomes Central Connecticut State to the Tootell Aquatic Center Saturday afternoon. The competition begins at 2 p.m., with the Rams holding a Senior Day ceremony at 10 30 a.m.

Six To Be Honored as part of Senior Day

• On Saturday morning, the team will hold a ceremony to honor six team members as part of Senior Day.
• Lily Hsu, Rylee Kelly, Sarah Koenig, Olivia Winslow and Abby Zadorozny have all been part of the program for the last four years.
• Avery Potyrala is a junior in her third year with the team. She is graduating a year early.
• The Senior Day ceremony will be held at 10:30 a.m.

Series History - Rhode Island vs. Central Connecticut State

• Rhode Island and Central Connecticut State have met 15 times, with URI holding an 11-4 edge.
• Rhody has won two consecutive meetings in the series, including a 150-111 victory last season.
• In last year's meet, CCSU won five of the first six events before Rhode Island won five in a row, including back-to-back 1-2-3 finishes in the 3-meter dive and the 100-yard butterfly.
• Avery Potyrala won the 100-yard freestyle and was part of a victory in the 200-yard freestyle relay, along with Julia Havice, Abby Zadorozny and Rylee Kelly.
• The meet will feature two of the stronger divers in New England. CCSU's Jewelle Maziarz is the reigning NEC Diver of the Week, her fourth time earning the honor this year.
• Rhode Island's Olivia Winslow is undefeated in the 1-meter dive this season and has six wins and two second-place finishes in the 3-meter dive.
• Saturday is one of two meets remaining before the Atlantic 10 Championship. Next Saturday Rhody travels to Stony Brook to close out the regular season.
