KINGSTON, R.I.
- Thanks to a system provided by Bentley Companies, fans will be able to follow the progress of the Meade Stadium construction project.

Using technology from senserasystems.com, a new snapshot will be posted to the site every 15 minutes.

By using the drop-down menus on the page, visitors can scroll through every individual photo, or scroll through by day, week or month as the project moves along. Each image is timestamped in the upper left corner of the screen.

The $45 million renovation was designed by architectural firm Populas, with Bentley handling the construction. Home to Rhode Island's football and women's lacrosse programs, Meade Stadium is expected to be ready for the 2027 football season. The football team will play home games at Pawtucket's Centreville Bank Stadium, while the lacrosse team is playing its home games at Bryant University and - when the surface thaws - on the URI Soccer Complex field.

The link for the Athletics Complex Renewal project will be found on the GoRhody.com main page in the "Inside Athletics" drop-down menu, as well as on the individual sport pages for both the football and women's lacrosse pages.

On this page, there will be project updates, links to photo galleries and plan details for projects at Meade Stadium, the outdoor track and field complex, Bill Beck Field, the URI Soccer Complex, the URI Softball Complex and the Tootell Aquatic Center.
