2011: Started eight of 15 appearances, throwing 52.2 innings  for a 3.76 ERA and 4-2 record... Grabbed 48 strikeouts and had just 17  walks... On March 30 vs. Boston College, threw nine strikeouts in 7.0  innings and on April 29 vs. Temple, grabbed eight strikeouts in 7.1  innings on the mound... On April 12 vs. Quinnipiac, struck out five and  had just three hits in 6.0 innings.
2010: Made 19  appearances - nine out of the bullpen and 10 starts... Finished with 33  strikeouts over 38.2 innings pitched... Did not allow a hit over four  straight appearances against Maine, Sacred Heart, Miami (Ohio) and Brown  (March 6-17)... Struck out four batters in 3.2 innings pitched at UNC  Wilmington on March 20... Combined for six strikeouts in back-to-back  starts at William & Mary and Temple... Had four consecutive  no-decision outings in starts against Fordham, Northeastern, No. 27  Charlotte and Bryant (April 3-18)... Struck out four batters against  Siena on April 28... Struck out three and allowed just one run in 3.1  innings of relief at St. Bonaventure.
2009: Made  seven relief appearances for Rhody as a freshman... Finished the season  with five strikeouts over 7.1 innings pitched... Struck out one batter  in two-thirds of an inning against Santa Clara on Feb. 21... Pitched one  scoreless inning and had a strikeout against Bryant on April 7... Threw  one hitless inning against Hartford on April 15... Struck out two in  two innings of work at Northeastern on April 20.
High School: Played baseball and football at Bishop Fenwick High School... Captained  the baseball team his senior year and was named Team MVP... Also was a  Catholic Central League All-Star... Was an honor roll student and  volunteer at the St. Charles House, a home for orphans.
Personal: Born May 21, 1990... Son of Rosemary and Paul Pisani... Has two older  brothers, Damian and Paul... Father played hockey at Salem State...  Brother Paul played football at Merrimack... Interests include music,  movies, running and weight lifting... Favorite teams are the New England  Patriots and Boston Red Sox... Majoring in Communications.
