2012: Appeared in 15 games - four as a starter and 11 out of the bullpen... Finished the season with a 1-0 record and a 2.27 ERA in 39.2 innings pitched... Tossed 18.2 consecutive scoreless innings over seven appearances from April 11-May 15... Allowed just one hit in four innings of relief work against 2012 College World Series participant Stony Brook (April 18)... Struck out six batters and gave up just two hits to earn his first career win against Hartford on April 25... Struck out five batters in a 2-2 rain-shortened tie against UConn... Turned in a clutch performance in URI's A-10 tourney victory over Massachusetts, coming on in the top of the fifth and striking out four while not allowing a hit over 3.2 innings of scoreless relief.

2011: Appeared in 10 games... Finished the season with a 3.57 ERA and a 0-1 record in 22.2 innings pitched... Allowed zero earned runs in his first two games: Feb. 19 at McNeese State (2.0 IP) and March 3 vs. St. Bonaventure (4.0 IP)... Had five total games with zero earned runs... Allowed just one hit in back-to-back outings against Northeastern (April 6) and Sacred Heart (April 19).

University of Vermont: Played one season at the University of Vermont... Pitched two innings in his lone appearance before suffering a season-ending injury.

High School: Was a four year varsity member of the baseball team at Danvers High School... Captained his team as a senior... Recorded 184 strikeouts over 113 innings pitched and a 16-1 career record with a 1.24 ERA... Was named Player of the Year by both the Lynn Item and the Salem News... Also received Eastern Mass and All-State All-Star honors and was named to the Boston Herald and Boston Globe All-Scholastic teams.
