• Appeared in 11 games and made four starts as a junior.
• Finishd the year with a 3.68 ERA and 19 strikeouts in 22.0 innings pitched.
• Made his first appearance in the season opener at #14 Florida State (Feb. 19).
• Struck out two during an inning of scoreless relief in Rhody's non-conference win over Davidson (March 13).
• Struck out two while pitching 2.0 scoreless innings at Brown (April 14).
• Had a scoreless inning of relief at Fordham (April 16).
• Made first start of the season, pitching 4.0 scoreless innings against Quinnipiac (April 21).
• Started at Maine and allowed one run on three hits over 4.0 innings (April 26).

• Made his first Atlantic 10 start against UMass on May 14.
• Pitched a scoreless inning of relief against Hartford (May 18).

2015 (Sophomore)

• Appeared in seven games for the Rams, coming out of the bullpen each time.
• Turned in an 11.42 ERA with 11 runs (all earned) on 11 hits over 8.2 innings of work.
• Had two four-hit, five-run outings - at No. 2 Florida (Feb. 14) and at Saint Louis (March 21).
• Combined for a 1.69 ERA over his other five appearances - against Brown (March 17), UMass Lowell (April 1), Quinnipiac (April 7), Boston College (April 28) and UMass (May 10).
• In those games, allowed just three hits and one run while holding opponents to a .167 average over a combined 5.1 innings.

2014 (Freshman)

• Posted a 4.12 ERA in 11 appearances spanning 19.2 innings.
• Struck out two in his first career appearance at the College of Charleston (Feb. 23).
• Struck out four and did not allow a run over 4.1 innings at Coastal Carolina.
• Tossed three scoreless innings at Central Connecticut.
• Allowed just one run (unearned) over four consecutive appearances (7.0 innings) from April 22 - May 13.
• Gave up only two hits in 5.0 innings of relief against Brown.

High School

• Was a four-year member of the baseball and soccer teams at Hingham High School.
• Posted a 6-2 record with a 1.83 era and 79 strikeouts in 56 innings pitched his senior year, while helping lead Hingham to the 2013 Division 2 State Championship.
• Was selected as the 2013 Patriot League MVP, was an Eastern Mass All-Star and collected ESPN Boston All-State Starting Rotation honors his senior season.
• Also earned USA Today All-Massachusetts accolades in 2013.
• Was a Patriot League All-Star in both baseball (2012-13) and soccer (2012).
• Excelled academically as well, earning All-Scholastic honors from both the Patriot Ledger and Boston Herald in 2013.

• Son of Melissa and Paul Flanagan, who was drafted by the Boston Red Sox.
• Has an older brother, Justin.
• Enjoys playing video games, watching TV and hanging out with friends.
• Favorite athlete is Tom Brady.
• Favorite teams are the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots.
• Majoring in Communication Studies.
