  • Was Rhode Island's starting centerfielder in 51 of the team's 52 games.
  • Finished his rookie campaign with a team-leading 17 multiple-hit games.
  • Ranked third on the team in batting average (.301), hits (52) and RBI (29).
  • Also had 10 stolen bases and scored 21 runs.
  • Defensively, committed just one error on 108 chances for a .991 fielding percentage... Had four outfield assists.
  • Recorded his first career hit and stolen base in the season-opener at No. 2 Florida (Feb. 13).
  • Had four hits, two runs, two stolen bases and an RBI in URI's three-game set against No. 11 North Carolina (Feb. 27-28).
  • Went 6-for-10 with three RBI, a run scored and a stolen base in Rhody's Atlantic 10 openeing series at Saint Louis (March 20-21).
  • Combined to go 5-for-8 in back-to-back games against Sacred Heart (March 28-29).
  • Was 1-for-3 with an RBI and two runs acored against UMass Lowell on April 1.
  • Singled, doubled, scored once and drove in a run at Bryant on April 8.
  • Belted his first career triple in the series finale against Saint Joseph's (April 12).

  • Went 2-for-4 in the series finale against George Washington (May 3).
  • Combined to go 5-for-8 in back-to-back games at Massachusetts (May 9-10).
  • Closed out the regular season with a five-hit, four-RBI weekend against La Salle (May 14-16).
  • At the A-10 Championship, led the Rams in both hits (8) and RBI (5) while hitting a team-best .444 over Rhode Island's five tournament games... Also scored three runs and added 11 putouts in centerfield.
  • In Rhody's dramatic second-round victory over Richmond, he chopped the game-winning hit through the Spiders five-man infield to keep the Rams in the winners' bracket with a 2-1 walk-off win... Two days later, in an elimination-round game versus Davidson, he drove in three of URI's four runs... His third RBI of the day proved to be the difference as he beat a two-out grounder to short, allowing Nick DeRegis to score in the 4-3 win. 

High School

  • Captained the baseball and basketball teams at Kingwood Park High School.
  • Earned his baseball team’s Offensive MVP award as a senior.
  • Was an All-District, All-State, All-Area and All-Region honoree in baseball as well as a two-time All-District pick in basketball.
  • Graduated in the top 10% of his class.
  • Was a member of the Spanish Honor Society and the Key Club.
  • Also served as vice president of the National Honor Society.
