2016 (Sophomore)

  • Made 19 appearances for the Rams, all of which were out of the bullpen.
  • Totalled 31.1 innings pitched, tops among Rhody relievers.
  • Finished the year 2-1 with a 3.16 ERA and 35 strikeouts.
  • Made his first appearance of the season at #14 Florida State, striking out two in two innings of relief work (Feb. 20).
  • Tossed a scoreless inning against Davidson (March 13).
  • Struck out the only batter he faced - on just three pitches - at Fordham (April 16).
  • Fanned a pair in a inning of scoreless relief at Hartford (April 20).
  • Allowed just one hit over two innings of shutout relief in the second game of a doubleheader at Maine (April 26).
  • Struck out three over 2.0 scoreless innings in the second game of a doubleheader at Saint Joseph's (April 30).
  • Pitched 2.1 perfect innings with four strikeouts against Boston College (May 3).
  • Earned his first career win against Dayton (May 7), striking out four over 1.2 innings of work... Extended his streak of scoreless innings to 10 consecutive frames.
  • Picked up is second victory in as many appearances, fanning three and allowing just one run over 2.2 innings against Massachusetts (May 14).
  • Tossed a scoreless inning in the second game of a doubleheader at La Salle (May 20).
  • Threw two scoreless innings in the Atlantic 10 Championship opener against Fordham (May 26).
  • Struck out a pair in a scoreless inning of work against Davidson in the title game of the Atlantic 10 Championship (May 28).
  • Did not allow a hit in a scoreless eighth inning, leading Rhode Island to its first-ever NCAA Regional win - a 5-4 victory at #6 South Carolina on June 3.
  • Allowed just one run - a solo homer - over a career-high 5.0 innings of relief work against #21 UNCW at NCAA Regionals (June 4)... Matched his career best with four Ks on the night.

2015 (Freshman)

  • Made six relief appearances for the Rams.
  • Posted a 6.75 ERA, allowing five runs (four earned) on five hits over 5.1 innings of work.
  • Recorded six strikeouts and held the opposition to a .238 average.

High School

  • Played baseball at Worcester Academy under coach Dana Forsberg.
  • Also played for the Worcester Heat (4 years) and North East Baseball (1 year).
  • Was an honor roll student and recipient of the Athletic Achievement Award.
  • Also was a member of the Backyard Sports Club as well as the Superfans Club, in addition to volunteering at The Mustard Seed - a Worcester-based soup kitchen that provides hot meals for the homeless.
