2013: Made 12 appearances, including three starts, and posted a 2-0 record with 2.35 era in his first season with the Rams… Tossed one inning of scoreless relief at Mississippi State on Feb. 27, conceding just one hit and striking out two… Pitched 4.2 consecutive innings without allowing an earned run in appearances against Stony Brook (March 20), UMass Lowell (March 26), Central Connecticut (April 3), Bryant (April 10) and Fordham (April 14)… Gave up just four hits and one run in a five-inning in his April 24 start at Hartford.

Miami Dade: Posted a 5-3 record over 11 appearances (43.2 innings pitched)… Gave up 33 runs (28 earned) on 48 hits and 16 walks… Struck out 36 batters and finished the season with a 5.77 ERA.

Mercyhurst: Totaled 20.1 innings of work over 10 appearances… Allowed 10 runs (seven earned) on 22 hits while striking out 26 and walking 10… Posted a 3-0 record with wins against Hillsdale, Gannon and Lake Erie… Allowed just three extra-base hits on the year (all doubles).

High School: Was a member of the baseball and basketball teams at Holy Name… Was a four time ALL-NCL First Team selection…Threw a no-hitter his junior year and helped lead his team to the district championship in both 2008 and 2010.

Son of Julie and Dean Bowditch… Has a younger sister, Lara… Favorite athlete is Orel Hersheiser… Favorite team is the Cleveland Indians… Enjoys playing the guitar, listening to music and playing video games… Majoring in Political Science… Future career plans include going to law school.
