Braden Thomson enters his first year as an Offensive Quality Control coach at Rhode Island in 2020-21.
Thomson spent the 2020 season as a Recruiting Assistant at Wake Forest University. While at Wake Forest he assisted the defensive coordinator and the nickelbacks coach on a daily basis.
He attended Bridgewater College (Va.) and played outside linebacker from 2016-2019. He later served as a defensive student assistant from December 2019 through March 2020.
A native of Frederick County, Md., Thomson received his undergraduate degree in May of 2020 in Health and Physical Education.
