Connor Floden is in his first season with Rhode Island as an offensive quality control coach.

He came to Rhode Island after working as a Grading Analyst for Pro Football Focus. Prior to that, in 2020, Floden served as the Offensive Line Coach for Citrus College. He arrived at Citrus College by way of Montana State, where he was an undergraduate student assistant coach for the 2019 football season. 

Floden graduated with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Coaching from Montana State in December of 2019. Before he was a student assistant, Floden played offensive line for the Bobcats from 2016 to 2018. During his career, Floden played under coach Jeff Choate, who is currently the Co-Defensive Coordinator for Texas.
