Mason Smoller is in his first year as Rhode Island Football's Creative & Digital Coordinator.
A 2024 graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Smoller earned a degree in sports media/communications and public relations while minoring in business. He was an active member of numerous on-campus organizations, including Alpha Epsilon Pi and Hillel.
During his time studying at the Harrington School, Smoller also earned numerous opportunities to hone his communication skills. He served as the President of the Anchor Sports Network, completed internships with both The Scouting Academy and Bleav Podcast Network, and was a member of the WRIU Sports Radio team. He also founded SmollerReport.com, an NFL Draft site that focuses on scouting and analytics.
In his senior year at URI, Smoller served as a student-assistant coach for the wide receivers unit assisted with player personnel responsibilities. He helped to manage a team of student interns while assisting the staff with practice plans and execution.
A New Jersey native, Smoller hopes to further explore football scouting and front office positions.
