2012: (11 GS/11 GP)... Made five tackles against Maine (11/17)... Made three tackles, including one sack, at Towson (11/10)... Made two tackles, including one for a loss, and broke up one pass at Richmond (11/3)... Made one tackle for a loss against New Hampshire (10/27)... Made five tackles at Delaware (10/20)... Made three tackles against Georgia State (10/13)... Had one tackle for a loss and broke up one pass against Brown (10/6)... Had three tackles, including two solo stops, two tackles for loss and one sack for 10 yards at Bowling Green (9/29)... Had five tackles, including three solo stops, plus one fumble recovery against James Madison (9/22)... Had two tackles at Villanova (9/15)... Started at defensive end and had five tackles, including one sack and two tackles for loss at Monmouth (9/8).

2011: Played in all 11 games, including eight starts... Finished the season with 22 tackles, four sacks and one fumble recovery... Made first career start and had a career-high five tackles, including 1.5 tackles for a loss and .5 sacks against Fordham (9/24)...  Had two tackles, including one sack against Old Dominion (10/8)... Had 1.5 sacks against Delaware (10/22)... Had one sack against William & Mary (11/5).

2010: Made an appearance against Buffalo (9/2)... Had six total tackles (five solo) against Fordham (9/11)... Recorded one tackle against New Hampshire (9/18)...made an appearance against Brown (10/2)...Had two tackles against Delaware (10/16).

2009: Saw his first career action against William and Mary (10/31)... Made one tackle against New Hampshire (11/7).

High School: Two-year varsity starter at wide receiver, safety and running back... Two-year letterwinner... As a junior he was the Most Valuable Defensive Player in the Section I-AA Championship game... The following year Williams was the Most Valuable Offensive Player of the Section 1-AA Championship game... Earned Offensive Player of the Game in the New York State semifinals... Served as a senior captain... Earned Section I-AA South All-League honors as a senior and Voted to the All-Section team... Selected to the Journal News All-County team... Selected to the All-New York State honors as a defensive back during his senior season.
