Northeastern's Toby Brittian, who grew up near the Rhode Island campus, helped
his team erase a five-point deficit in the last two minutes with a pair of

Brittian finished with seven points and five assists.
Northeastern led 39-35 at halftime after hitting nine 3-pointers in the
first half. Rhode Island opened the second half with a 12-1 run to take a 47-40

was satisfied that the junior was making academic progress.
