NEW HAVEN, Conn. Senior outside hitter Inga Schlecht had a match high 14 kills and sophomore libero Leslie Wiekamp had a match-high 23 digs but it was Yale defeating the Rams 3-0 (25-30, 25-30, 24-30) to begin the Yale Invitational on Friday.

Senior setter Lindsay St. John contributed with 17 assists, 12 digs and six kills. Sophomore outside hitter Chinny Okpara was second on the Rams with eight kills.
