- With the loss, Rhode Island ends its season with an overall record of 1-28 and a 0-14 mark in the Atlantic 10. URI also evens its series record with St. Bonaventure at 23-23.
- The Bonnies improve to 27-2 and win their first ever Atlantic 10 regular season title with a perfect 14-0 mark in league play. SBU is just the seventh team in A-10 history to go undefeated through its conference slate.
