MECHANICSVILLE, VA. — Rhode Island women's cross country raced to 10th place at the Atlantic 10 Cross Country Championship Saturday morning. The Rams had 256 team points at Pole Green Park. Loyola won the meet in their conference championship debut collecting 54 team points.

Highlights from the Course 

• Sofia Piccone was the top finisher for Rhode Island, placing 37th with a time of 18:17.0.
• Erin Hurley was 50th after crossing the finish line in 18:32.3.
• Daniella Napoli was 64th (18:43.8) and Hanna O'Connor finished 68th (18:50.2).
• Corina Vidal also raced for the Rams, finishing 73rd in 18:55.8.
• Molly Sabia finished 92nd (19:12.3) and Madeline Till was 110th (19:33.2).
